OVERVIEW:

Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking an enthusiastic, independent, proactive analysis lover to join the Global Sales Operations team. The Sales Business Analyst Europe East/West will be responsible for providing meaningful qualitative and quantitative research and insights to the respective Sales Business Team. Maintaining Internal data quality as well as monitoring external market trends, form the basis of the value adding analysis for the direct stakeholder. The role requires the successful candidate to establish a good understanding of the regional nuances in the region and closely collaborate with the Sales Colleagues to support them. This role is reporting to the Head of the Sales Business Analyst Team.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Be the main point of contact and resource for analysis within the Europe East/West Betting Sales Team
  • Ensure a high-level data quality standard is followed related to internal sales data within our databases and CRM in regard to the Europe East/West Sales region
  • Develop and maintain a stable and sustainable price within the region - supporting the team with driving pricing initiatives
  • Develop and define business development and revenue strategies for exploring new business opportunities together with the Regional Sales Director and Global Sales Operations
  • Utilize existing data (internal and external dataset) to provide analysis of key drivers and KPIs in the region. Highlight positive and negative trends, and opportunities concerning sales and regional KPIs. Provide deeper insights into the Europe East/West Region using Customer level analysis such as, but not limited to
  • new business
  • cross-sell
  • churn
  • Support the Europe East/West Sales Team with monitoring contracts that are due to be renewed, as well new deals in the pipeline. Perform analysis highlighting upsell potentials, or other commercial upgrades before the final deal is pitched
  • Proactively manage revenue assurance within the region. Ensuring alignment and governance across activation, contracts, and invoicing
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to assist Sales and management as required within Europe East/West region
