The (Junior) Beverage Controller will contribute to realistic, accurate and high-quality Month End Closings, Business Plans and Revised Estimates by preparing on time and error free reports, presentations, variance analysis etc. In this position you'll quickly take over responsibility of assigned month end closing and planning tasks as well as projects and global tools and continuously drive development in these assigned tasks and projects. You're in a close co-operation with Sales Controlling, Operations Controlling, Marketing Controlling, Area Finance Management - Beverage Business, Group Controlling and Treasury within this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Planning

As a (Junior) Beverage Controller you're responsible for performing assigned planning checks to ensure data accuracy. You'll collaboratively prepare error-free Business Plan Review Packages for several countries and support the preparation of the Business Plan and Revised Estimate Management Letters including commenting on Indirects and Other Income/Expense. One of your tasks will also be to support the Global Beverage Controller in the strategic alignment/Schattenplan process.

Month End & Year End Closing & Analysis

You'll act as a stand-in for the month end closing and year end closing for the Red Bull GmbH (SAP/HFM CO closing). You'll prepare and provide on time and error-free month end closing presentation/analysis including insightful comments on Volume, P&L, BS&CF and latest estimate development and you'll contribute to the monthly Latest Estimate Process.

Projects & Ad Hoc Requests

You'll prepare ad hoc analysis, presentations, simulations when and where needed. By analyzing and visualizing data you'll gain deep insights as well as understand the global picture. Support in various projects in the area of indirect costs, benchmarking analysis, competitors' analysis etc. will also be in your responsibility.

Systems & Global tools

You'll establish a profound understanding of our Red Bull processes and system landscape and you'll maintain, improve, develop, test and train existing and new coming reports and tools. Further getting an in-depth understanding of our calculations and logics implemented in our key reporting files, systems and tools as well as the constant optimization of processes, ways of working, tools to allow more time for business analysis are also taks as a (Junior) Beverage Controller.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• 1-2 years of first experience in Finance as a Junior Controller, Financial Analyst or similar
• Excellent Controlling and Finance knowledge
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a strong disposition towards accuracy and a great eye for detail
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Systems: SAP R/3, SAP BI and Hyperion of advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, self-directed ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible, open- and team-minded person
• University degree in Finance/Business Administration/Controlling
• Strong English skills, German beneficial
