Our Red Bull Media House Procurement team focuses on balancing internal stakeholder demand with the dynamics of the external market, with emphasis on purchasing categories in the media industry. Your key activities in this role include spend management, price negotiations, supplier relationship management, and risk management. A sound knowledge of media industry would be a strong asset.
As Strategic Procurement Manager you'll develop negotiation strategies and be the lead of agreeing on prices and conditions. You'll perform market research for media products and services, as well as monitor and analyze trends across media technology and operations spend to identify areas for improvement and savings. Furthermore, you'll be working with different sources of information to perform external company spend analysis, total cost of ownership analysis, savings, supplier performance, and ad-hoc custom data requests by the Business to define purchasing recommendations. As a result, you will enable business growth and value generation for RBMH.
In this role, you'll drive the implementation of our standard supplier management framework by identifying, qualifying, and developing potential suppliers based on the media business needs. To establish a secure supply chain, you'll develop and execute supplier strategies, which includes negotiating supplier contracts, measuring supplier performance, ensuring supplier due diligence and engagement in risk management. You'll also manage transition and transformation and drive innovation.
In addition, you're the first point of contact for diverse departments regarding procurement relevant requests. You'll establish and maintain regular communication with the relevant stakeholders regarding pertinent sourcing activities and support the business stakeholders with translating the business strategy into a sourcing strategy. By doing so, you'll ensure RBMH is receiving the highest quality at competitive market prices.
You'll set-up, drive and actively manage projects to enhance existing procurement processes. Moreover, you'll play an active role in other company-wide, procurement relevant projects and support the implementation of procurement systems or tools.
