IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan/design, installation, configuration and maintenance of LAN, WAN
• Implementation of policies, authorization concept, document security and governance requirements
• Support and continuous improvement of network
• Lifecycle Management
• Evaluation of new technologies and verification of possible business benefits
• Collection and prepartion of SLA and KPI reports
• Development of complex network environments

Requirements:

• A Level, University or University of Applied Sciences degree in IT
• 3 years of experience within IT Operations
• Excellent O365 Know how; Exchange, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Active Directory
• Good MS Azure setup, maintenance and administration know-how
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking (LAN, WAN, Wifi, DNS, DHCP….)
• Windows Server, MS SQL and Reporting Services and Configuration Management (based on SCCM)
• ITIL v3 Foundation and Windows Power-Shell and scripting know-how would be an advantage
• Teamwork, experience in working with remote teams, communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Good English Language skills

Gross monthly salary: from EUR 3500 (in accordance with the collective labour agreement); higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience
