Business Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

Business Delivery Management is an important part of the Regional Organization of Financial Services, actively supporting customers in the implementation of projects and change initiatives. The Delivery Manager acts in the area of conflict between customers, sales, development, IT, business engineering and operational functions from Switzerland as well as other Worldline locations in Europe. With in-depth market and product knowledge, this role supports our ultimate goal to proactively deliver the full range of Worldline Processing services to our customers. In doing so, you will analyze the customer's needs in collaboration with Sales/Key Account Management and ensure that these are taken into account in the implementation project. As Delivery Manager you are the first point of contact for the customer for any questions and concerns related to the agreed delivery objects, both in day-to-day business and in change projects. Thereby you are significantly responsible for the high quality delivery and therefore for the customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

  • First point of contact for customers for all implementation issues
  • Ensure high quality of service and delivery by monitoring and controlling product and IT delivery as well as daily operations;
  • Active support and close cooperation with Sales and Key Account Management in all markets to support the regional local go-to-market and elaboration of local and customer requirements
  • Close collaboration and coordination with product organization on customer projects; maintaining balance between compelling local customer needs and standardized European platforms and solutions
  • Participation in expert networks including attendance at national and international working groups and conferences

Your profile:

  • Higher technical or university degree in economics or finance
  • Several years of experience in project or product management in the financial industry, preferably in the areas of payments, payment cards or digital innovations
  • Strong analytical, conceptual as well as good planning and organizational skills
  • High degree of service orientation
  • Very good communication skills with a distinct flair for customer contact, moderation of challenging topics and independent paired with the
  • Ability to act as an expert and advisor to customers
  • Team player and self-motivated personality with high customer orientation
  • Willingness to work in an exciting, complex and challenging international environment
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English, French and any other language an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

Salary:

The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3.123,55.- with a willingness to overpay, depending on the qualification profile and relevant experience.
