In this role, you'll consult and advise internal stakeholders on security controls. You'll closely work with technology teams, architects, service owners and other functions as trusted advisor for IT security matters. You'll coordinate security-related activities in projects, assess security risks and define specific solutions to address these in a sustainable manner. You'll help internal IT stakeholders navigating through the digital security safeguards, keep these current, and translate them so that they are swiftly applied in practice.
You'll support and drive the management of documents like policies, requirements and standards that help your stakeholders to adopt security good practices. You'll not only play a key role in maintaining the documentation but also identify and drive improvements.
You'll help our peers in applying the security guidance in practice. This means you'll help them identifying which safeguards are applicable for their case, why they are important and how they can be implemented. You'll also provide advice that helps bridging theory and practice and act as a trusted advisor for your peers and support stakeholders in making an informed decision. As trusted partner you'll support in the adoption of good practice and - where needed - can convince peers in taking the extra mile. Besides providing advice, you'll also track the adoption and implementation of good practice and ensure that the right priority is kept over time.
You'll review adherence to requirements and agreed measures and assess their adequacy. You'll identify deviation and report those in an appropriate way. This requires a professional judgement in evaluating those deviations together with constructive feedback on what and how it can be improved.
You'll assess trends and options in the security market and work with internal and external stakeholders to shape the future of security at Red Bull. You'll identify gaps, define, prioritize and initiate adequate measures to continually improve digital security capabilities.
