In this role, you have the chance to oversee projects from ideation to delivery in the development & production team within the Red Bull Media House. That means creating inspiring content of all forms, across all platforms, connecting with audiences worldwide - ensuring your story is delivered in line with Red Bull's brand and editorial values.

In this role, you'll develop innovative, high-quality productions - of all forms, across all platforms. Also, you'll generate new ideas and concepts in collaboration with different teams and departments within the Red Bull Media House. You'll work closely with an international roster of production companies overseeing the production process from the concept phase to delivery. In addition, you'll evaluate concepts and treatments, providing development feedback for Business Planning and throughout the year.


As Senior Development Producer, you'll actively take part in informative and motivational workshops, prepare presentations, and reports as well as presenting content, editorial direction, and workflows.


You'll be pitching ideas internally to stakeholders, as well for partnerships/co-pros and distribution. You'll maintain effective workflows with other departments to ensure transparency and efficiency.


Another part of your role is to generate new ideas and innovative concepts in collaboration with different teams and departments within the Red Bull Media House. You'll have the chance to drive the development of new content by researching, conceiving, and creating fresh, new ideas.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Passionate and experienced producer in an established Media Market with at least 5 years meaningful work experience in content production or commissioning
  • Proven track record developing and producing distinctive content, long-form, mid-form, and short- form and an avid follower of media trends and industry innovations
  • Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, and productions
  • Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners and a broad knowledge of media production methods
  • Team-player and self-starter mentality with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Travel 10%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
