Working Student Recruiting & Employer Branding (f/m/d)

LOCATION: VIENNA | JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME / PART-TIME

If yes, keep reading and join our HR team as a Working Student for Recruiting and Employer Branding, where you'll work in a growing, creative and dynamic team.

This is a full-time or part-time position based in our headquarters in Vienna.

What you'll do:

  • You support our Talent Acquisition team through the recruitment process with interview scheduling.
  • Take an active part in ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • You also cooperate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, and ensure a smooth process.
  • You gain experience in shaping an employer brand and support our team during various projects.
  • You support us in the preparation of employer branding events like career fairs and meet-ups.
  • You are also included in other HR related projects (job platforms, HR tools etc.)

What you'll need:

  • You are currently enrolled in University studying Business with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent program.
  • You are an open, friendly person who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a proactive mentality and a high degree of service orientation.
  • Your organizational talent, detail-orientation and the ability to work independently make you stand out.
  • You have a professional manner of expression and strong communication skills both in English and German.
  • You are available to work 4-5 days per week.

The minimum salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT-KV) is EUR16.996. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
