Job description

In your new job you will:

  • Plan, organize and control the project with full responsibility for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets
  • Manage and control the entire project life-cycle and ensure hand-over to sustaining function as main contact person for all questions regarding the project
  • Form, guide and motivate cross functional project teams across various Infineon sites
  • Maintain the overview and understanding of technical interdependencies in order to proactively identify the most complex problems
  • Conduct a forward-looking risk management by working closely with your stakeholders to identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios
  • Assume full responsibility for your projects by continuously assessing the progress and adjusting the project plan to ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges; this also involves anticipating and proactively managing significant changes to the existing project agreement

Profile

You like team work, are open-minded and can stay solution-oriented in a dynamic project environment. Additionally you enjoy developing new ideas and can organize your work in a well-structured manner.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
  • 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, thereof at least 3+ years of project management experience
  • A project management certification as a strong plus, ideally IPMA Level C certification
  • Excellent presentation skills and a good portion of self-confidence
  • A process-oriented way of working, even with tight deadlines
  • Deep knowledge in project-related legal topics as well as of the management of financial aspects
  • Experience in RF power communication as a plus
  • Experience in semiconductor industry including wafer production and packaging know how
  • Fluent English skills with German skills or willingness to learn it as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2021.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
