Do you want to venture into new territory to Give Wings to People and Ideas? To strengthen our Global Talent Management team we are looking for a Talent Partnerships Manager. Starting with building the partnership strategy, you'll bring on board new partnerships and manage the existing ones to drive affinity and usage towards Wingfinder, a free strengths-based personality assessment. Wingfinder is a highly visible, key strategic product, that gives people insight into their strengths, vitalizing their mind so they can achieve their best; from choosing the right career, to developing themselves to be better today than yesterday.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

RAISE WINGFINDER AWARENESS

Ensure Wingfinder continues to be a bullet proof valid, reliable assessment in collaboration with external agencies, consultants, governing bodies.

Build excellent industry awareness of Wingfinder through relevant, impactful publications, peer reviewed articles, media outlets, conferences and speaking engagements.

Engage others to raise awareness: earned media activation, influencer amplification and building editorial relationships in close alignment with our global Communications team.

Discover the formula for success, to increase Wingfinder completion numbers.

DRIVE B2B PARTNERSHIPS

Manage external partnership relations already in place to ensure ongoing success.

Identify, cultivate and secure new partners in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.

Build and manage a CRM database including the data entry of all relevant prospect and key B2B partners.

Work with the legal team to manage partnership agreements, map processes and ensure data privacy.

Activate and enable Country HR Managers to identify local partnership opportunities.

DRIVE CONSUMER ACTIVATION

Team up with international Marketing counterparts to successfully position Red Bull Wingfinder in the marketing mix.

Educate country marketing teams, regional/area teams and international counterparts on Wingfinder.

Play the role of the psychology expert to ensure the positioning is understood and executed throughout relevant local/global initiatives to bring our EVP Key Messages.

Identify great Wingfinder integration opportunities and best practices to be shared with other market to follow suit.

Ensure together with digital/social teams high levels of digital and social media integration.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Collaborate with the technical team at Red Bull Media House on platform integrations.

Manage all relevant validation work in collaboration with our external vendor.

Use data analytics to understand what is driving the number of Wingfinder completes and harnesses those insights for future activations.

Create Wingfinder communication materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Continuously improve the Wingfinder product.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 5 years relevant work experience in consulting, partnerships and/or business development for psychometric assessments/engagement solutions/talent management products
  • A track-record of success in securing successful brand partnerships including developing and implementing different partnership business models
  • Entrepreneurial mindset required to venture into unchartered territory and driving the external activation of an internal Red Bull developed product
  • Interest and understanding of competitor activity and consumer/candidate behavior in talent products and psychometric assessments context
  • Ability to coach, advise and influence stakeholders and team members in a highly diverse environment in terms of culture, experience and seniority
  • Results driven and thrives on achieving the Wingfinder goals and mission: Giving wings to people's careers
  • Ability to think strategically on positioning talent products to external consumers and partners to guarantee message pull-through and engagement
  • Ability to focus and follow-through on priorities and deliver quality execution and results
  • An understanding and working knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling
  • A positive, self-motivated working style and hands-on attitude
  • University Degree in Organisational Psychology
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Travel up to 25%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
