HR Projects Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Introduction

The HR Projects Specialist is responsible in supporting the VP Human Resources Europe with different HR projects and strategic initiatives. The position will be based in Graz in the Magna Corporate Office. This position is a two year maternity leave substitute.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate and support different HR projects (e.g. Leadership Program, KPI dashboard, KPI analysis)
    • Process Executive Applications
    • Coordinate & create content of Employee Calls & Leadership Calls
    • Support People Development Initiatives at Magna Corporate Austria
    • Guide budget process for HR Corporate EU
    • Headcount and budget analysis
    • Analysis of HR services and processes
    • Organization of Leadership meetings
    • Executive presentations
    • Development and administration of trainee programs

Knowledge, Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master 's degree in human resources, business administration, international business or related field and/or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years work experience in an international HR function (experience of matrix organization is an asset)

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Forms)
    • Knowledge in SharePoint, Power BI is an asset
    • Project and process management skills
    • Good business know-how, ability of cross-linked thinking
    • Good HR (process) know-how
    • Analytical and organizational skills
    • Very good German and English language skills (written and oral)
    • Other languages skills are an asset
    • Highly dedicated and motivated, hands-on mentality
    • Good communication and networking skills
    • Open minded
