ad:s is a data-driven marketing and sponsorship solution designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develop and provide fully-customisable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services to meet the individual marketing needs of sportsbooks and publishers. Through our broad sales network, relationships and vast infrastructure that extends across the globe, the team also facilitates sponsorship opportunities for bookmakers.

Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar we are looking for a Head of Account Management Digital Advertising to lead and strengthen our client success team within the ad:s department to be based in our London or Vienna offices.

The focus of this role will be to lead a programmatic client success team, serving Sportradar's ad:s clients by using Sportradar's own, proprietary ad tech stack. This will be a key role within the ad:s management team and the successful applicant will play an active role in strategic decisions moving forward.


  • Ownership of Sportradar ad:s advertiser facing account management
  • Lead, manage and develop a growing team of 3 Account Managers
  • Create and refine processes to monitor performance, manage workstreams and align communication guidelines
  • Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling our clients
  • Oversee the relationship management and support for existing clients
  • Be part of Sportradar's global ad:s team, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape an excellent client success team
  • Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to ensure delivery against the client objectives
  • Support and consult internal product teams to enhance products improvements from a client perspective
  • Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies


  • Extensive experience working across sales, key accounts and account management to deliver digital marketing solutions
  • Expert knowledge in Digital Advertising, mainly in the AdTech Space
  • Strong commercial leadership experience as well as operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Display a growth mindset by demonstrating pro-activity and commercial thinking
  • Understanding of the sports betting eco-system a plus
  • Passionate about sports
  • Excellent business English skills, any other language considered a plus

For this position, we offer an attractive salary in line with the market. For legal reasons, we are obligated to state the minimum salary of EUR 34 140,40 gross/year according to the CBA. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an overpayment can be offered
