Are you passionate about video editing, social media and post-production? Do you like working with video material in extreme sports & culture, as well as sports like football, tennis and motorsport? Do you want to cover formats that stretch from bold marketing campaigns and full feature sports documentaries all the way to the latest social media trends?

You'll be responsible for both the creative and technical aspects of video post-production at Red Bull Media House.

In this exciting role, you'll create dynamic, eye-catching and inspiring content across a wide variety of topics for Red Bull. With your strong understanding of how to tell stories through moving images, and your eye for dynamic and creative editing, you'll edit video and audio content according to the brief and to the highest possible quality standards. With your Social Media knowledge, you are making the best use of the platform's rich features.


You'll be part of a multinational team with offices around Salzburg and Vienna and get your hands on Cloud editing and de-centralized productions. You'll supervise the audio mixing, color grading, graphics and visual effects required for your project with our other departments but you'll be also able to color-correct your own footage, mix your own audio and do your own graphic overlays when required.

This position will adhere to a 40-hour week in a shift system but will require flexibility from time to time due to the event calendar, with the option to join productions on site.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Expert editing skills
  • Very good knowledge of post-production workflows, including both offline and online
  • Proficient knowledge of broadcast standards for video and audio distribution
  • Advanced handling of graphic packages, color correction, design and audio mixing.
  • Forward-thinking in editing for Social Media platforms
  • Strong understanding of web, film, TV landscape, and current media trends
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to receive and respond to creative direction
  • Team player that enjoys sharing knowledge
  • Degree in media technology, media production or proven experience in this field
  • English fluent
  • Travel up to 25%
