In addition, you have:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a corporate finance/ FP&A/ business controlling role in big corporations
  • University degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, and Engineering or similar at any University of Applied Sciences
  • Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams), SAP R/3 basic know how. Anaplan or similar planning/modelling tool is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge in English
  • Robust financial skills and understanding of business processes

About the job

As part of a multidisciplinary team, we bring diverse perspectives to every challenge. We do this while focusing on

bringing transparency into our projects, challenging the existing way of working and in a third step developing the Finance operating model to improve processes in business groups worldwide. We are passionate on the impact of digital on Finance and how Finance leverage digital technologies to deliver increased value to stakeholders. Therefore, translating business challenges into business requirements that can be packaged into delivery functions for execution is our highest focus.

Your tasks will include:

  • Support of Finance Transformation projects by creating transparency and challenging the current ways of working in Finance related areas (FP&A, Accounting, IT, Audit, Tax, Treasury)
  • Take a pro-active role, while driving finance projects to enable improvement (harmonization, optimization, and automatization)
  • Drive the cultural change in the Finance area and nurture a mindset of continuous improvement of financial processes
  • Manage and coordinate projects together with internal teams and external partners
  • Planning and moderation of Workshops including preparation and monitoring of knowledge transfer

  • A full- time position (38,5 hrs / week) at our headquarter in Vienna. According to the Austrian labor law we are obligated to state that the monthly gross salary according to collective agreement starts from EUR 3.003,80. The actual level of remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience. We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market reference to design attractive packages.
