As a reinforcement in our Commercial Excellence Department for our Headquarter in Vienna we are looking for an experienced, analytical and driven person in the field of Reporting and Analytics . As an open minded character you are assessing, analysing and integrating new data sources in cooperation with internal stakeholders to constantly expand the range of data and create innovative reporting solutions.

Big Data & Reporting Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Vienna


  • You are responsible for an effective implementation of group and local Big Data Analytic Initiatives in strong x-functional collaboration with various stakeholders
  • As a strategic thinker you are able to develop and manage data oriented systems supporting our Business and therefore responsible for high level data quality and accessibility
  • Through x-functional collaboration you will implement Group BDAA Applications and develop the local Data into new Dashboards&Applications to ensure an advanced analytical approach within the organization and support data driven decision making processes
  • You will act as a country insights SPOC for corporate stakeholders and focus on change management initiatives and local BDAA capabilities


  • You have a completed economical degree (Master level) with a special focus in BDAA and already gained several years of expierience - preferable with a focus in the FMCG branch
  • You are used to work with different computer/reporting systems (MS Office, SAP)
  • You have a very good knowledge of business process analysis and a proven track record on business process improvement initiatives
  • You already gained experience in leading different BDAA projects including different stakeholders
  • You have excellent written, oral communication (English and German) and interpersonal skills
  • You are a teamplayer and already gained experience in terms of lateral leadership standards

We offer an attractive, market-conform salary for this position. If you can fulfill the requirements above, you can expect a minimum salary of EUR 53.256,- gross/year (based on a full-time job / 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualification and experience, a significant overpayment is provided.
