Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Take over the responsibility to reach performance and functional targets of a higher complexity RF product
  • Do the top-level integration including RF-blocks, analog- and digital blocks
  • Align work packages and timeline with a bigger team including RF-designers, analog/digital block designers, full chip verification engineers and layout
  • Define requirements of all building blocks as well as define the block interfaces
  • Define pre-silicon verification steps and do the final sign-off of results before tape-out to ensure functional and performance targets of the chip
  • Team up with RF- and analog/digital Designers, Layout and Component Verification
  • Work in an experienced, international team

With your independent working style, you ensure high quality and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. You work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and keep up high quality standards for yourself and other people. You communicate openly, clearly and coherently and you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in designing RF circuits based on RF CMOS or silicon bipolar process technologies
  • Reliability, responsibility and solution orientation
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage yourself
  • Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
