Recruiter (m/f/d) - Temporary role for 6 months, with a possibility for prolongation

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our office in Vienna and contribute to the world of electronic payments.

The world of payments is dynamic and so is PXP Financial. We are all about ambitious objectives, promoted by an open team and communication culture.

This role will be based on a fixed contract for 6 months, however, there is a chance for prolongation. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing hiring processes from initial request to defining recruitment strategy and bringing the right candidate on board. You will be part of an HR team, reporting directly to Chief People Officer.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Lead recruitment processes for various roles across different business areas;
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience during recruitment process;
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers;
  • Identify measures to attract and retain talent in PXP;
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and suggest improvements;
  • Provide support with employer branding activities;
  • Coordinate Performance Management Cycle;
  • Support with learning & development initiatives;
  • Participate in HR projects and support Chief People Officer in designing HR policies and procedures.

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced international environment;
  • University degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or similar;
  • Experience in building up a talent pool and maintaining relationship with passive candidates;
  • Experience in working and maintaining recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit);
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-driven, motivated and proactive attitude;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of Austrian labor law is advisable.
