VP Sales & Service EMEA (f/m/d)

A key and demanding leadership role within the PALFINGER Group, with the overall responsibility for the strategic development and performance of the Region EMEA "Product Divisions". Starting from a strong market leader position in most product divisions, we strive for further growth in EMEA within our strategic horizon 2030, focusing on solutions for core customer segments and developing the network in new markets. Therefore we look for a highly customer centric, very entrepreneurial and well-versed executive who takes charge of shaping the future of our commercial business development in this region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement the vision, company culture and core values of PALFINGER, driving forward the Global PALFINGER Organization "GPO" in region EMEA Product Divisions
  • Drive sales growth and market share in close cooperation with Product Line Management with a strong focus on the development of new markets
  • Accountable for Sales and sales-related KPI´s (Sales Margin, Working Capital, etc.) for EMEA customer base
  • Perform S&OP planning and Budgets, deliver on these commitments
  • Define and implement the regional sales and service strategy in line with the overall PALFINGER group strategy 2030
  • Lead and further develop a high performing sales and service team in region EMEA Product Divisions
  • Build, coach and mentor the management team in region EMEA Product Divisions
  • Represent PALFINGER to all stakeholders in region EMEA and build lasting and strong networks
  • Assure compliance with law/regulations as well as internal group guidelines and leadership behaviors

QUALIFICATION:

  • Master degree or equivalent (engineering or business administration)
  • 12+ years of work experience; out of which at least five years in an sales/service leadership role
  • Leadership experience in a global business context for several years including international assignments
  • Customer-centric approach, deep understanding of all business processes
  • Positive track record in change management projects
  • Fluent in English
  • Intercultural competence
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High commitment and passion to perform

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 93.161,88. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
