Job description

As the Project Manager for HR Digitalization, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the HR digitalization roadmap focusing on customer centricity, while closely collaborating with HR and IT in different projects. Furthermore, you will take over ownership of digital HR services and tools, ensuring their continuous optimization.

In your new role you will:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams driving the development, implementation, marketing and evolution of digital HR services and tool solutions, while involving relevant stakeholders through diverse communication channels and ensuring effective change management on a global scale
  • Analyze digital trends, business needs and customer requirements towards HR regularly, ensuring a digital HR mindset
  • Be the global contact person for HR digitization/digitalization demands, working with global teams to support and push for HR digital transformation while acting as a role model in our HR Shared Services organization
  • Strongly collaborate with important stakeholders, like Business Continuity, Labor Relations, Workers Councils, HR and IT, as well as external providers, translating business requirements into IT specifications, thus driving implementation
  • Ensure clear governance and drive the roadmap of user-friendly HR digital services and tools landscape

Moreover, you enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams with multicultural backgrounds.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields;
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in a multinational working environment or shared services context
  • Sound knowledge of HR digitalization solutions, such as AI, digital archives, digital signatures, platforms, etc.
  • Experience in agile project management and strong process orientation;
  • Analytical and conceptual skills combined with outstanding planning, communication and negotiation skills
  • A structured way of working and knowledge about stakeholder and change management in larger organizations
  • Excellent English communication skills, German knowledge is an advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
