Customer Support Executive DACH (m/f/d)

Eversports offers modern and innovative SaaS solutions for sports providers and studios. On our online platform and through our apps (iOS and Android), athletes can find, book and pay for the sports activities, classes and courses offered in their area.

As our new Customer Support Executive DACH (m/f/d) in Vienna you will use your communication skills and passion for people & sports to make our German-speaking clients happy. You will teach them how to use our system at best and deal with their queries in a timely manner.

YOUR TASKS

  • You are the main contact for our clients in our German-speaking markets after your Sales colleagues have closed the contract
  • You support our existing clients via all support channels such as the ticket system, via live chat and by telephone through the hotline
  • You build up a deep knowledge of the Eversports Manager and are always up to date about new functionalities that are added on a regular basis
  • You help our clients to be successful, including the onboarding process of new clients and improvement of their experience through online training etc.
  • You maintain and continuously improve the online help desk ensuring the content is up to date, relevant and easy to use
  • You contribute to the development of our software products through direct exchange with Product Development based on the customers' feedback

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree and/or professional experience (1-2 years) in Customer Support and/or Success
  • Ideally first experience with a CRM or help desk tool
  • Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
  • Customer centricity, willingness to help and satisfaction in customer contact
  • High solution orientation and analytical mindset to tackle problems efficiently and "outside of the box"
  • Detailed and organized work style as well as the ability to work in a (distributed) team
  • Very good communication skills, assertiveness and stress resistance
  • Distinct ability to not take criticism personally
  • Strong level of activity, sports and social life

And here's the fine print: Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 27.846.
