Agile Coach (m/f/d)

As an experienced Agile Coach (m/f/d), you will foster this development, promote the agile spirit in a new tribe of the holding structure and act as a role model for agile ways of working in the core areas of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Modelling the agile mindset and behaviours to support the tribe's process of transformation
  • Actively creating and maintaining an agile culture, based on the agile organization and leadership principles within the Squads
  • Helping embed the DNA of the agile ways of working within the Squads and across the organization
  • Providing coaching, support, and guidance to Squad members and all relevant stakeholders
  • Bringing a continuous improvement and MVP mindset to the Squad's work
  • Helping to anticipate and resolve potential blockers and risks throughout agile processes
  • Ensuring that Squads and Tribe are interacting with dependent stakeholders effectively
  • Providing training and resources to new Squad members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Several years of relevant experience as an Agile Coach, Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Experience in working with various Tribes or agile teams across an organization
  • Deep understanding of agile techniques and methods
  • Practical knowledge of various coaching tools as well as strong moderation and presentation skills
  • Talent for driving change, inspiring others and engaging with stakeholders
  • Ability to express clear opinions and to convince other parties
  • A pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working with strong prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in German is not expected
