Plant Controller (m/f/d)

The Plant Controller is executing world-class Supply Accounting to ensure high quality financial data, robust controls and compliance with Mars accounting standards and processes. Another major part of this role is encouraging performance improvements to the site through best practice Supply Co-Piloting as member of the local management team.

Principle Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • Line management of the finance team, building an engaged team focused on continuous improvement of functional and development skills
  • Collaborate with European supply finance community within Mars to develop best practice Supply Copiloting & Accounting
  • Managing period close, year-end and audit processes
  • Provide insights from robust financial data in order to maximize opportunities to drive factory efficiency improvements and influence decision-making as member of the local management team
  • Responsibility for the continual application of high quality, standardized and efficient accounting processes
  • Drive development of the financial shape
  • Support projects and ensure correct controls and that responsibilities are in place
  • Part of the site management team

Is it really me?

  • Professional Qualification / Master's degree in Finance or Business Economics
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required, demonstrating strong functional competences
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to lead and assertiveness
