YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You and your team are responsible for providing our customers with a special direct retail experience.
• You define our customer-oriented direct retail strategy, create new formats and optimize existing ones.
• As team lead you inspire and motivate your team to achieve measurable success in the different retail locations.
• You and your team will plan and implement programs in the direct retail channel and ensure optimal implementation.
• You are responsible for building brand awareness and loyalty in our market.
• In addition to sustainable team empowerment, you are responsible for active expansion and the retail network.
• You will take over budget responsibility for one area.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a university degree in marketing, economics or similar.
• You show significant experience in marketing/sales and preferably relevant experience in brand retail.
• You have already gained experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strategic expertise in store brand management is desirable.
• You are passionate for the retail sector and you understand our customers.
• You are a creative mind and know how to create customer experiences.
• You have excellent project management skills, you know how to work with agencies and demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality.
