We offer the following position at the earliest possible entry:

Retail Policy Coordinator (m/w/d)

Location: Headquarters in Vienna | Employment type: full-time

Your tasks:

  • To set the retail risk framework in terms of automated decision engines for Private Individuals and SME businesses
  • To work on the development of the scorecards, models, decision trees and limit setting rules to document them
  • To set risk KPIs to measure the risk level of the retail processes and products
  • To implement the developed models to the core banking system
  • To work together with the product and business departments to understand the requirements of the market
  • To work with Reporting and data analysis departments to monitor the risk KPIs of the processes and products
  • Participate in building up the risk organization and culture & align with internal and external auditors
  • Coordinate the implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements for the risk management system

Personal and professional competence:

  • University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar subjects)
  • 4-7 years experienced in decision engines (decision trees, scorecards, retail models) at a bank, ideally with reference to an international retail lending business
  • Experienced in underwriting processes of Private Individuals (preferably SME businesses too)
  • Experienced in retail risk KPI set up and monitoring
  • Previous experience in a Fin-Tech company is a plus
  • Have knowledge about retail risk management framework and analytical tool
  • Proven experience in Austria and/or Germany markets
  • Interest on digital work solutions for risk management
  • Fluency in English and German & very good analytical and problem solving skills & eager to learn & self- motivated to go for „the extra mile"

Minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 2.949,02 / month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
