Digital Insights Manager (f/m/d)

The Digital Insight manager (f/m/d) is responsible of getting the business-relevant actionable insights out of the data provided to them by tracking implemented by their Digital Implementation colleagues. They help the company be more data-driven by exposing these insights in all the relevant product- and business-teams, and train people in those teams to be able to self-serve the reporting data for themselves. They also dig deeper to the digital analytics data, integrating it with figures from other sources in order to create a better understanding of our customers' online-behavior.

Your key tasks include

  • Company-wide contact person for Adobe Web & App Analytics
  • Active role in further development of the company wide Web Analytics concept
  • Work together with implementation managers to provide the various departments with actionable data & insights in line with business objectives
  • Shaping and driving company-wide data driven decisions
  • Being the analytical service provider for the designated key-stakeholder(s)
  • Taking first steps in data integration and working on this topic together with other data-departments

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in a STEM-field (Science, Economics, Engineering or Math)
  • Working experience with digital analytics, ideally using Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent communicator with a skill of inspiring people using data
  • Good data visualization skills and the ability to find meaningful insights from big datasets
  • Good understanding of campaign tracking especially in the context of digital marketing
  • Data integration skills using advanced Excel skills, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Ideally, some programming knowledge using Python or R
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Motivation and ability to learn fast
  • High attention to detail, data-driven mindset & critically thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Our offer

For this full-time position (38.5 hours / week) you can expect a yearly salary of at least EUR 50.000. Additional over-payment depends on qualification and professional experience. Our office is located in the city-center of Vienna and is excellently connected in terms of infrastructure. Fresh fruits, drinks, 3 extra vacation-days and other benefits complete our offer.
