Risk & Insurance Manager (m/f)

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role:

• Planning, concluding and further developing the international insurance programmes for all locations of the Lenzing Group
• Processing claims and coordinating with the respective stakeholders
• Serving as the key contact person for all issues relating to insurance law within the Group
• Performing the enterprise risk management function for the Lenzing Group
• Identifying and assessing global risks
• Performing Monte Carlo simulations for investment projects
• Continuously developing and rolling out global risk management at the various locations

Our expectations for this exciting role:

• A degree (university/FH) with a specialisation in financial mathematics / statistics
• Excellent knowledge of Monte Carlo simulations and probability distributions
• Professional qualifications as an insurance broker or insurance consultant
• Several years of experience in international industrial insurance
• Very good English and IT skills (SAP, CRISAM, Risk Kit)
• Analytical and structured working methods
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel in moderation

The annual gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 63,000 with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
