Your responsibility

• Lead the Medical team in Austria (currently 9 employees) covering responsibility for Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Market Access
• Develop the local medical strategy (incl. MSL excellence strategies) and execute medical plans in line with the Corporate strategy
• Provide professional, customer-oriented medical information, advice, trainings and expertise for internal and external customers based on latest scientific data and knowledge
• Drive Market Access activities and provide medical input
• Oversee study management of NIS and RWE
• Interact strongly with and report to regional and global teams
• Attend international and national scientific and medical congresses in the relevant therapeutic areas

Your profile

• Degree in life sciences (eg medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences)
• Longstanding experience in pharma and the relevant fields of activity (esp. Medical and Market Access)
• Several years of experience in leading a team and strong leadership skills
• Focus on delivering high quality results and execution of decisions
• Hands-on mentality and ability to create trustful work relations
• Open minded for continuous learning and enhancing skills, ability to work interdisciplinary and to build strong networks
• Forward thinking personality
• Strong communication skills and high team spirit
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel

We offer an exciting challenge in a motivated team, shaped by an open and collegial company culture, with a yearly remuneration starting from EUR 90,000. An overpayment depending on qualification and professional experience is possible.
