This is a unique opportunity to influence Red Bull's capability to find and keep the right people and to grow managers' skills in giving wings to people pursuing their strengths.

Initially on a 2 year contract, the focus of this role will be supporting our global Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives across four main foundations: people, process, systems and data. You'll challenge current Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR paradigms by creating and maintaining innovative solutions that support the culture and philosophies that make our company unique and competitive, while acting as the left hand of the Global Talent Acquisition Leader.

Talent Acquisition Operations

The key focus area of this role will be to collaborate with global talent leadership as we embark on a global talent acquisition transformation journey we internally call HIRE RIGHT. You will by providing operational and administrative support on talent acquisition topics and projects, while collaborating and influencing stakeholders on the "why" behind Red Bull's talent acquisition approach.

Data Privacy & Compliance

In this role you´ll own all data privacy mapping and compliance activities for our global talent acquisition tools, systems and resources. You´ll act as the main point of contact for all data privacy topics and partner up with our global legal, HR and IT teams on data mapping and compliance initiatives.

HR Communications

You´ll give wings to our talent acquisition intranet space by ensuring all information and resources are up to date. Leveraging internal communication channels to share global standards and best practices will definitely be within your repertoire.

Tools & Systems

You´ll earn your wings by supporting the design, maintenance, technology adoption and training programs that build HR and Hiring Manager ability to source and select right people for the right roles. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR practice and Talent tools to deliver impact in line with Red Bull's core company philosophies as well as facilitate practical design and rollouts of talent acquisition knowledge, processes, systems and tools.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • First experience in Human Resources, ideally in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with HR Systems (ideally SAP, Taleo or SmartRecruiters)
  • Awareness of international data privacy and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, POPI), experience with data mapping in OneTrust is a plus
  • Background of developing, implementing and enhancing guides, programs, and processes
  • Strong abilities to use data to drive and enable effective decision-making, accompanied by solid Excel skills
  • Proven project management skills including project lifecycle, communication strategy, establishing goals, budget management and reporting
  • Bachelor Degree in related discipline (e.g.: Psychology, HR, Business) or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German or Spanish is a plus
  • Travel up to 10%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
