Initially on a 2 year contract, the focus of this role will be supporting our global Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives across four main foundations: people, process, systems and data. You'll challenge current Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR paradigms by creating and maintaining innovative solutions that support the culture and philosophies that make our company unique and competitive, while acting as the left hand of the Global Talent Acquisition Leader.
The key focus area of this role will be to collaborate with global talent leadership as we embark on a global talent acquisition transformation journey we internally call HIRE RIGHT. You will by providing operational and administrative support on talent acquisition topics and projects, while collaborating and influencing stakeholders on the "why" behind Red Bull's talent acquisition approach.
In this role you´ll own all data privacy mapping and compliance activities for our global talent acquisition tools, systems and resources. You´ll act as the main point of contact for all data privacy topics and partner up with our global legal, HR and IT teams on data mapping and compliance initiatives.
You´ll give wings to our talent acquisition intranet space by ensuring all information and resources are up to date. Leveraging internal communication channels to share global standards and best practices will definitely be within your repertoire.
You´ll earn your wings by supporting the design, maintenance, technology adoption and training programs that build HR and Hiring Manager ability to source and select right people for the right roles.
