YOUR MISSION

• Responsible management of verbal and written customer queries within the online shopping sector
• First Level interface between end consumers and Loyalty Merchants, as well as between specialist internal company departments
• Documentation of service contacts within our CRM system
• Continuous quality assurance and observance of prescribed procedural methods

YOUR PROFILE

• completion of high school, studies are more than welcome
• relevant experience in the customer service sector, ideally in a call center operating in the business or online shopping sector
• Basic technical skills and interest in working with service, CRM and telephone systems (for example, Salesforce, OTRS, etc.)
• Service skills, as well as a responsible and structured working style
• Customer- and solution-orientated attitude
• Appreciative communicational style, as well as a good degree of patience and a helpful attitude
• Excellent Dutch language skills

For this position, the minimum salary is EUR 1,700 gross/month (38.5 h/week, 14x), in accordance with the respective collective agreement.
