Our solutions for departure flow optimization, digital flight-strips and air traffic surveillance are operated safely worldwide and trusted by Air Traffic Controllers and Airports globally. Scrum Master (f/m/d)

Agile experts for our Business Unit "Tower" - "OneControl"

• Team: R&D Tower - Department OneControl, Air Traffic Control "ATC"
• Location: ADB Safegate Austria GmbH, Herrgottwiesgasse 125, 8020 Graz
• Level: experienced level, agile experts
• Number of positions: 2, fulltime

Your tasks:

• You are professional in coaching, leading and mentoring a team on agile/Scrum practices and to support and strengthen the self-organization of the team
• You will support the developer team and work together with the Product Owner and Management
• You support the successful realization of high-value software projects and products in an agile way (Scrum)
• You will remove impediments, de-escalate conflicts, and support the organization in adopting Scrum
• You will be responsible for the adherence to the scrum process, events and support their moderation and organization
• You create a trusted and open working environment within the Scrum team and the different roles

Your profile:

• Finished education, IT-technical education with software background would be a benefit, or relevant working experience in software business
• Min. of 3 years working experience as a Scrum Master and high skills in Scrum method
• Knowledge in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LESS) and experienced in meeting coordination and moderating Scrum events
• Professional experience in software business, software development and landscape (methods, practices)
• Fluently in English and German as a business language
• Professional skills in leadership, communication, project planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation
• Strong personality with assertiveness, solution-orientation, organizational skills
