Join our Audience Insights Team as Data & Analytics Manager!

In this role, you'll ensure that the Media Network performance data needs are met with analytics solutions that work for all users, in both the markets and at headquarters, and answer operational business questions that drive the business forward.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:


As Data & Analytics Manager you'll collect business needs from all analytics stakeholders across the company. You'll conduct regular analysis and assessment of data needs and data workflows within and of the organisation. Furthermore, you'll understand data analytics challenges and requests and translate them in business use cases.


Based on the business inputs, you'll define visualisation requirements and work with relevant IT stakeholders to prioritise new feature releases, tool maintenance and bug fixes. You'll create mock-ups together with the definition of measures and dimensions based on the collected use cases. In addition, you'll develop new and innovative approaches to visualise our performance data by researching, preparing, evaluating, and analysing data. You'll guide the development of the Red Bull's PEMO (paid, earned, social and owned) data model accordingly to the analyst's requirements.


You'll be responsible for the full roll-out of new analytics solutions. You'll support, train and engage with the national and international Media Network teams on the analytics solutions. In addition, you'll consult media network managers on new and innovative ways when looking at data.


As Data & Analytics Manager Manager you'll manage, streamline, and distribute the incoming requests regarding data analysis and data solutions and provide priorities from the business perspective to IT teams.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Min. of 5 years' experience in an equivalent function or position
  • Experience in digital analytics and great knowledge of digital analytics tools/solutions as Google Analytics, Big Query and social analytics tools
  • Expertise with data models, data mining and data management.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and other project management and agile workflow tools preferred
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Independent way of working, flexible, and able to prioritize and change during the product lifecycle
  • University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Media Management, IT or similar
  • English (any other language considered an asset)
  • Travel up to 10%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
