Job description

In this role you will be part of our Automotive Quality Management team in Graz which accompanies our new products and technologies and is in charge of the quality management throughout the complete product life cycle process.

In this job the main duties and responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the entire product development process and ensure process compliance
• Ensure development according to ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management
• Guide and support project management and functional safety management
• Conduct confirmation and verification measures according to ISO 26262
• Identify, drive or support continuous improvement activities (in terms of products as well as development processes)
• Support internal and external audits and assessments, act as Co-Auditor

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree (Master) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Sciences, Process Engineering or comparable
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, e.g. automotive and semiconductor industry
• Familiarity with automotive quality culture and zero defect approach
• Good understanding of ISO26262, underlying automotive norms and regulations as well as for development processes relevant for functional safety e.g., requirements management, configuration management, safety analysis
• Experience in quality management systems, processes and methods are an advantage
• Fluent English skills, German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
