Sales Manager - Balkan Region (m/f/d)
OVERVIEW:
Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking a Sales Manager for a Balkan region. We provide everything that a bookmaker requires to establish and run a successful business: Sportsbook & Gaming Platform; Betting Services, Gaming Solutions, Live Streaming, Content solutions, and our risk management and trading solution.
We are looking for an individual who is an enthusiastic and tech-savvy networker to identify and establish client relationships. Our international environment, direct client communication, and a broad selection of technically oriented products and services make this position very diverse and challenging.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Identify sales prospects, follow up on new leads and referrals
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to identify and resolve client concerns
- Prepare presentations, proposals and draft sales contracts
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Regularly visit our existing and potential customers, as well as attend conferences at home and abroad
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Elaborate sales budgets for the assigned sales regions
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activities to appropriate company staff
- Use and maintain the internal administration tools - especially the internal CRM system
YOUR PROFILE:
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) with a focus in Sales, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Work experience in a similar role of 2-4 years
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) as well as Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, or another Balkan language
- Relationship management and networking skills
- Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong drive for results with a proven track record of achievement
- Self-motivated and have a professional discipline with excellent follow-through
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Natural interest and understanding for technical solutions
- Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
- Knowledge of sports, betting/gambling, and technology is considered a plus

For this position, we offer an attractive salary in line with the market. For legal reasons, we are obligated to state the minimum salary of EUR 29,326 gross/year according to the CBA. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an overpayment can be offered.
