Are you interested in introduction of new products, process improvements and in resolving of process issues? We are looking for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some background in product development and will have knowledge in safe chemical handling and most importantly a careful and detail-oriented approach. Significant on-the-job training will be provided to train the Process Chemist about our current implemented Technologies at the Werndorf site.

Responsibilities

• Support safe scale-up/implementation/site-to-site transfer of new products/processes into manufacturing for products and tolling
• Act as an effective interface between production, planning, quality, R&D and TS&D
• Support continuous improvement (e.g. cycle time reduction, batch size increase, etc.) by applying proper Management of Change process and ensure that changes are implemented safely
• Support solving of immanent process and quality issues
• Active interference in production in case of process deviations
• Determining corrections with technical instruction for process changes
• Support in root cause analysis for process deviations
• Support REACH relevant topics

Qualification & Skills

• Master`s Degree in Chemistry, Ph.D. in Chemistry preferable
• Project management skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Very good German and English language is mandatory
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, providing accurate results
• Strong MS Office experience, with a focus on MS Excel
• Strong in math and chemistry
• Able to work independently and not requiring constant direction
• Ability to be flexible in work scheduling, timing and variability in work activities

What we offer

Annual gross salary from EUR 70.000,00 and the willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and work experience.
