Android App Developer (m/f/x)

In this role, your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals. If you are excited about interaction with new technologies, are a wizard with respect to Android development and would like to help shape the way customers experience tomorrow's robots, we're looking forward to meeting you!

Your tasks:

• Develop software designs and architecture and implement them
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Independently develop tools and applications while producing clean, efficient code
• Review and debug code
• Perform validation and verification testing
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
• Document development phases and monitor systems
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
• Support our customers in solving app-related problems

Your profile:

• Proven experience as an Android engineer, with good proficiency in Java and Kotlin
• Extensive experience in software development and scripting
• Knowledge of Git as well as agile software development (SCRUM)
• Practice regarding JUnit (and/or related frameworks) and automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile apps to back-end services as well as various operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills
