Job Summary

Responsible to steer and coordinate the activities of SBEU Banks (incl. Sberbank Direct) Collections Departments on a Group level as well as improvement and implementation of Collections processes for Early and Late Collections areas (incl. implementation of IT Collections tools) in order to prevent new NPLs, execute NPL strategy and maximize recovery levels.
Manage ongoing development of the projects, training of users, testing, system maintenance and further data management.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collection and analysis of Early Collections,
• Late Collections and EWS reports from the subsidiaries (group steering function) as well as consolidation and creation of SBEU Group reports
• Responsible for Reporting and Analysis of Collections Reports, with relevance for 3rd party (e.g. Regulators):
• Collection and analysis of Early Collections, Late Collections and EWI reports from the subsidiaries;
• Creation of Early Collections, Late Collections and EWI reports for Sberbank Direct (German branch)
• Consolidation and creation of SBEU Group Collections Report
• Updating of NPL strategy and alignment with budget figures
• Preparing materials for RiCo, MB and SB and other internal/external stakeholders (at request)
• Coordinating, cooperating and supporting countries on regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Preparing materials and reporting on Risk Committee, Management Board, other Committees and regulators during on site and off site visits
• Coordinating, cooperating, supporting and steering countries on regular and ad-hoc basis
• Operative involvement for Projects deliveries as well as supervise and support local entities for implementation

Your Profile

• Master degree in Economics, Banking, Quantitative Finance or Business Administration or Mathematics
• Minimum 2 years in Banking sector with focus on Retail Collection Area (EC&LC) and/or Process Management
• Project management know how / Quality-/Business Process Expertise as well as experience in Collections/Risk IT Tools implementation - advantageous
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point, Word) is obligatory
• Knowledge of any Risk Steering software and knowledge of IT Architecture in Collection area - advantageous
• SQL/SAS basic knowledge as a minimum
• Top English and German language skills
• Knowledge of any CEE language - advantageous
