Allianz Technology is looking for an

IT Service Delivery Manager (f/m)

Become an ambassador for IT and work across the organization to ensure effective communication on IT issues as well as building relationships with other teams to guarantee successful interdepartmental dialogue.

Based within the IT Operations department, the IT Service Delivery Manager oversees a number of key functions that enable the delivery of high quality services to end users. Primarily, this includes ensuring that Service Support and Service Delivery processes meet business requirements as well as an effective communication with the stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor, control and support service delivery
• Ensure systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
• Maintain high performing service support functions (IT Operations)
• Oversee Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes and ensure a high level of performance, report and establish service improvement activities when required
• Communication between internal and external teams
• Coordinate IT Operation teams to ensure that provided services are delivered to high standards of stability, performance and security
• Work with the project rollout teams to develop standards and meet customer expectations
• Deliver presentations and reports for operational and management level to establish full transparency of provided services

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field of study
• 1-3 years professional experience
• Deep understanding of service processes (ITIL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Organizational skills, initiative and implementation strengths
• Professional spoken and written English (C1), German language skills are an advantage
• Optional: Experience in third-party management and third-party services
• Optional: Previous experience as a team lead or demonstrable experience in managing virtual teams

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Start date: as soon as possible | Regular working hours: 38.5 | Usual place of work: Vienna

Gross salary: from EUR 45.000.- per year (a higher salary could be considered depending on the specific qualifications, experience and skills)
