Building premium bicycles is only half the truth. It is almost as important to bring the customers and their dream bikes together. This is where you come to place! As a Junior Sales Manager you support our Senior Sales Team and distribution partners in reaching their sales targets. You have strong communication skills in English and preferably additional languages and your heart beats for bicycles? Then you are the right candidate for

THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

• Support the sales department eBikes
• Align the sales organization's objectives with business strategy through active support in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting and budgeting
• Execute market and competitor analysis and control market development
• Support the development of international sales strategies
• Shared responsibility for the achievement of predefined KPIs as well as sales targets
• Participate in various projects, provide support for dealer trainings

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

• Bachelor`s degree, preferable with focus on sales management
• Experience in international Sales Management preferred
• very good MS Office skills - especially in the usage of Excel
• very good English - other languages preferred
• high willingness to travel and intercultural competencies
• communicative and flexible personality
• self-responsible and hands-on mentality

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• flexitime model with the possibility of using up to 3 Fridays per month as time-off in lieu
• we offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualifications and professional experience. This can be considerably higher than the collective agreement (collective agreement (KV) minimum on the basis of full-time employment is a gross annual income of EUR 41.452,18).
