YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed or ongoing commercial or technical training (HAK, HLW, HTL, FH, university)
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Structured and independent way of working
• Resilience, flexibility and high self-motivation
• Well versed in dealing with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• High self-motivation as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtaining offers
• Participation in tenders
• Support in the preparation and implementation of negotiations
• Support with administrative processes in purchasing tasks
• Support of the whole Procurement Team
• Preparation of Reports & Presentations

For this position we offer a minimum salary (in correspondence to collective agreement) of 1500,- EUR gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
