For our office in Graz we are looking for a new team member as a

HR Generalist

As an HR generalist at SCOOP & SPOON, you don't just see employees as resources. You see them as people working together in a business environment, allowing you to cultivate the relationships that ensue. At SCOOP & SPOON, you'd be responsible for supporting, implementing and administering both digital and classic HR strategies and processes, while also continuously developing our employee lifecycle. As an HR generalist, you'll be a competent and empathetic contact person for our international team members and for management. In addition to administrative work, you'll also help expand SCOOP & SPOON's Academy of Excellence, our in-house training and development programme for employees. We enable our employees to inspire, grow and drive for excellence, to aim for a successful career in the digital sector. Your area of responsibility includes:

• Create, support and administer qualitative HR processes through the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage recruitment processes (design ads, organise applicant pool, correspond with applicants, conduct interviews, etc.) that emphasise the importance of cultural fit and ensure a positve candidate experience
• Draft contracts and other agreements in consultation with management and the executive board
• Support managment and team with your expertise in labour law
• Communicate professionally with external payroll accounting providers (register and deregister employees, control payroll, redirect necessary changes, prepare travel expenses and allowance statements, etc.)
• Drive the expansion of the SCOOP & SPOON Academy of Excellence as an internal training and development programme
• Design and administer performance management systems
• Assist with employer branding and internal communications management
• Plan and implement personnel marketing activities
• Participate in national and international HR projects

Your profile includes:

• You will have completed your education with HR focus (university, professional college, training programme, etc.)
• At least three years of relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of labour law and solid payroll experience
• BMD knowledge a plus
• Independent and structured way of working; reliable and flexible
• Very good knowledge of German and English are required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are required to disclose the annual salary for a full-time position. This amounts to EUR 46,000.00 gross. Your actual salary will of course depend on your professional experience and qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
