Sales Manager Alpine Region

We are looking for a qualified, experienced and hands-on person who will strengthen and lead the Sales department of ourAlpine region customer center. Are you interested in a new challenge as Sales Manager (m/f/d) to take full Customer Careresponsibility and ownership for the Alpine Sales regions incl countries Austria and Switzerland. If you are collaborative, openminded and entrepreneurial then this could be the right opportunity for you. The successful candidate will report directly to theGeneral Manager. You will be part of the local management team where you are expected to represent your function but alsoto participate in the work to develop the full organization in accordance with our vision to become a high performing salescompany.

Your future tasks:

  • Leading the Alpine Region Epiroc Sales Team
  • Responsible for execution of sales acitvities of the whole Epiroc product portfolio including capital, consumables andservice spare parts
  • Operational role in negotiating deals and running day to day sales activities
  • Responsible for Orders Received / Orders Invoiced, Profit and Receivables
  • Taking care about Key Accounts and all osther customers in correspondence with the Business Intelligence Department
  • Strategic Planning of the sales region according to Territory Management Concept.
  • Plan and organize direct & indirect sales channels to meet high customer expectations
  • Operational responsibility to meet strategic targets

Your current profile:

  • University degree in Economics, Marketing or Business & Administration
  • Leadership experiences and proven record leading sales team are required
  • Solid technical and application knowledge of tunneling and construction technique
  • Experience working in tunneling industry is advantage
  • Very good user level of IT Tools
  • Your communication skills are well developed and you are equally comfortable working with both strategic and operativetasks
  • You should have a hands on mentality, flexibilities able to see alternatives and solutions
  • We expect you to be fluent in English and German both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis (more than 80 days of business trips per year)
