Allianz Technology is looking for a

IT Business Analyst (Solution Designer) (f/m)

Become part of a cross-functional development team working in an agile environment. Deliver solutions to a modern insurance platform. You will apply your knowledge and expertise to design and build solutions for digital customer journeys, underwriting, pricing, policy and claims management etc. You will work in a diverse international environment at Allianz. You will collaborate with experts from business, design, development across Europe and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and goals
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to align on solutions
• Design software solutions applying your functional and technical expertise
• Drive feature delivery to production
• Iteratively improve delivered features based on the feedback from stakeholders and customers
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate within and across teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or business field or equal working experience
• Analytical and conceptual skills with high problem-solving competence
• Understanding of software development cycle
• Willingness to learn Allianz core insurance backend systems (ABS)
• Interest in modern system architectures like event-based architecture, domain-driven design, microservices etc.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and REST APIs is a plus
• Working-level knowledge of agile and preferably DevOps
• Fluent in English (C1)
• Flexibility to travel and partially work from home - travel will only be considered in cases where it is safe to do so

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Start date: as soon as possible | Regular working hours: 38.5 | Usual place of work: Vienna New modern office in Vienna | Flexible working hours | Lunch allowance and other fringe benefits Gross salary: from EUR 45.000.- per year (a higher salary could be considered depending on the specific qualifications, experience and skills)
