Job Summary

Analyzing and understanding the needs of our business clients. Coordinate the requirement definition and documentation, development and testing including coordination with any 3rd parties involved in the service delivery during projects and as a line activity

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the applications' business owners to define business requirements in the respective area
• Ensure the fast solution of errors which may be detected in the live environment in co-operation with the vendor and business departments
• Structured documentation of requirements and presenting them in a concise and easy way to understand
• Develop and present potential solution scenarios
• Support the analysis and documentation of business and IT processes
• Act as intermediary between business and IT delivery as well as external providers
• Provide mapping documentation in terms of detailed interface specification for development
• Deliver support during creation of test scenarios, test cases and test execution, as well as go-live and post go-live support
• Ensure professional communication to internal departments and external partners

Your Profile

• University degree in either Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar field
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar field
• Basic understanding of general banking business
• Project and testmanagement knowhow
• Functional knowledge about IT applications
• Preferably SQL, Oracle know how
• English and German are a must, any CEE language skills are of advantage
