Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)


We are looking for an ambitious and driven product marketer to join the team in Vienna or London.

You will be responsible for the successful marketing of the Adverity platform. From determining positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, feature prioritisation and external communications, you help shape the voice of our products. You'll be working with a cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Product Management. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from conception to execution..

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive market awareness of our products.
  • Build strong collaboration with internal stakeholders from Product Management, Marketing, Sales & Client Services.
  • Plan and execute communication collateral for new product feature launches, and manage cross-functional departmental involvement.
  • Become the 'voice of Adverity', taking a leading role in customer and external-facing webinars and working with the VP Marketing to drive awareness amongst analyst groups.
  • Develop innovative programs that drive demand and adoption, as well as create useful materials (e.g. presentations, emails, newsletters, infographics) that resonate with clients and prospects and empower our sales channels to be successful.
  • Prepare demos/webinars of our products and new product features to present our added-value proposition.
  • Through the ongoing evaluation of the competition and your own marketing initiatives, you will stay up-to-date and report back to business on required changes.
  • Use marketing intelligence to provide strategic insights, becoming our internal expert on client buying decision criteria.
  • Create and conduct internal product training sessions for our Sales & Client Services teams, on a regular basis.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing role in an external-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects).
  • Confidence in public speaking in virtual and physical settings
  • Ability to translate technical specifications and content to a non-technical audience
  • Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to re-prioritise in line with business needs
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field preferable
  • Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, branding, creative development and campaign execution
  • Being a team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration in an international team.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new information, technologies and processes, with both an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent/native English language skills essential.

Are you ready to apply?

For this position we offer a minimum salary of EUR 50.000 for Vienna, but the actual amount will be adapted to your actual level of experience & qualifications.
