We are looking for two motivated trainees to join our Sales departments with a strong focus on analytics and insights. During this exciting programme, you'll ensure high data quality of our sales performance drivers and use this information to support an insights driven culture at Red Bull.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this exciting role, you'll support the global sales teams in analytics projects and process them into actionable administrative and operational insights. You'll partner with local markets to support the rollout of projects and act as point of contact.

DATA QUALITIY & ANALYSIS

You'll ensure that relevant data meets a high-quality standard through running series of reports and spot checks. In addition, you'll introduce new processes, tools and content for markets and partners to continuously improve data quality overall. Focusing on analytics and insights you'll learn how the usage of data makes a difference and drives decision making across several topics.

COLLABORATION

You'll work closely and collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across the Sales Team, Data Science Team, IT as well as agencies and other third parties.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• Strong analytical skills and passion for data/big data, systems & innovation
• Ideally experience with Data Visualisation tools (Tableau, Analytics Cloud, Power BI etc.)
• First project management experience through university or work experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel, power point)
• Passion for our Brand and products
• Capable of communicating and presenting precisely and effectively with internal & external stakeholders
• Team-oriented, well organised, self-driven & motivated personality
• University Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Excellent English skills, German and other languages are beneficial
