Your role:

You will be the Brand Manager for our Neurology & Immunology brands in Austria. Under the leadership of the Neurology Business Unit Director, the Brand Manager is responsible for adapting the global commercial strategy of the prescription products to local needs and for the development, careful implementation and follow-up of the local marketing plan in close collaboration with relevant functions. You will be responsible for: helping shape and communicate our vision and mission for our brands, translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, sales performance of the brands, proper management of brand-related expenses, providing the sales team with detailed market, competitor and own product insights, measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs, development and localization of promotional materials, management of activities and projects, creation, organization and implementation of virtual events, webinars and detailing aids and assuring the optimal communication to customers using both face to face and especially digital channels.

Who you are:

  • you bring an university degree in science, healthcare or business/economics with you, a combination of both would be an advantage
  • you have at least 2-years experience in pharma industry with prescription drugs in sales, medical or marketing positions
  • you are fluent in German and in English (spoken & written)
  • you are a self-starter, with a strong analytical mind, data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers, a goal-driven team-player with hands-on mentality, you have an excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • you are willing to go the extra-mile, strong resilience in challenging market environment
  • you have outstanding communication skills and you are up-to-date with the latest marketing trends
  • you have a strong record in implementing digital solutions and you are confident in MS Office Programs
