Buying Specialist - Alcoholic Beverages (m/f)

Tasks that await me

  • Supporting the planning, implementation and optimisation of the international purchasing of alcoholic beverages (wine & sparkling wine)
  • Participating in projects including researching, preparing and following-up on contract negotiations as well as obtaining prices and checking quotations
  • Carrying out procurement research independently
  • Preparing and editing contracts and presentation documents
  • Cooperating with international suppliers, service providers, logistics companies and IT partners
  • Performing administrative tasks in the area of purchasing

My qualifications

  • University degree or completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First relevant experience in the field of purchasing/logistics or in a comparable field of activity
  • Passion for alcoholic beverages
  • Education/diploma in the field of alcoholic beverages beneficial
  • Experienced PC user (especially MS Office tools)
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Reliable, structured and independent way of working
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from EUR 45,000.- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
