Client System Engineer (m/f/d) - Serbia

We are currently looking for a strong service and customer-oriented Client System Engineer (m/f/d) with good communication and collaborative skills to join our team in Serbia.

YOUR
TASKS

• Design, provide and run
• MDM/MAM Systems
• Windows, IOS, Android Clients
• Windows, IOS, Android Client-Services
• Client Management with VMware Workspace ONE
• Manage configuration profiles, policies according to enforce Greentube company policies
• Hardware and software inventory
• Software packaging and provisioning
• Process and product documentation
• Stay current with the latest developments, security problems, and software updates
• Provide experience and expertise for client related projects as well as continuous improvement of services and client infrastructure
• 2nd & 3rd level support
• Client infrastructure status monitoring
• Operating system and 3rd party applications are kept up to date and compliant
• Security policies are enforced

YOUR
PROFILE

• Higher technical education (HTL, FH, university) and/or relevant experience
• Relevant experience in 2nd/3rd level support with focus on Windows, IOS, Android administration
• Experience managing Windows, IOS, and Android client devices, both hardware and operating system software
• Basic scripting and/or programming skills
• Experience managing VMware Workspace ONE (profiles, policies, etc.)
• Client management automation and Software package management
• Large scale and phased software roll outs
• Vendor relationship management as well as remote support tools
• Hardware/software procurement
• High personal commitment, independent workstyle and availability as well as willingness to travel
• Very good command of both spoken and written English
