In-house Consultant SAP Successfactors Compensation & Variable Pay (f/m/x)

Your mission:

  • Support project planning and the ongoing integration of Digital HR modules Compensation and Variable Pay
  • Specific responsibility and focus to improve and develop HR digital tools within the reward environment along with system-based governance of compensation and benefits data
  • Own and operate the global digital compensation & benefits processes
  • Participate in system configuration, system testing and data migration between varied systems
  • Document system applications
  • Key User (I&II level) support on reward modules to users of the digital systems (HR colleagues / end users)
  • Work on setting up the roll-out and implementation of HR Digital tools to Mondi plants /
  • Interface to and close collaboration in all relevant processes with the Digital Project Team, HR Operational Excellence, Success Factors Key Users, Subject Matter Experts, the local HR colleagues across Mondi, internal Mondi departments and related external providers

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in HR digital systems and implementation
  • Deep and demonstrable knowledge of SAP/successfactors, esp. with the compensation module (variable pay of advantage) as well as experience in performing analysis using system based data
  • Project management experience in the field of IT/digital projects and high affinity in working with systems and figures
  • Overview of the HR Digital module landscape and of interlinks between different modules
  • Experience in managing processes with different stakeholders and ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with stakeholders from different cultures/countries
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and deadline-oriented
  • Reporting and administration knowledge and practical experience
  • Excellent MS-Office skills with specific focus on Excel
  • German language skills are welcome but not mandatory

Location: Group office Vienna

Ref. Austrian "Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz": The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the "Papierverarbeitende Industrie" with a legal minimum wage of EUR 41.021,54 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
