Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) who will be responsible for supporting all RMG Customer Service Teams with 2nd level Support, trainings, tools improvements, and reporting. In addition, in this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing the training of new Call Center Agents for new markets.

YOUR
TASKS

  • Training of existing Customer Service teams regarding new content, new procedures, existing procedures
  • Responsibility and Maintenance for and of internal Customer Service Knowledge Base
  • Ensuring that topics on Customer Service Roadmap are implemented
  • Requirements for Tools improvements and Frontend improvements
  • Advise Customer Service Manager and Team leads about possible improvement suggestions
  • Plan independent QA process for our CS teams and conduct monthly QA
  • Assistance and Consultation regarding Call Center structures
  • Support Project Manager with Customer Service expert knowledge

YOUR
PROFILE

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of experience in a Call Center, Customer service or similar, ideally including training, quality assurance processes
  • Very good Problem solving and communication skills
  • Stress resistance
  • A structured, motivated and independent approach to work
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English language skills
